Common questions about pricing.

What is the difference between Basic and Basic MAX?
Basic MAX gives you more capacity and unlocks our full set of features: offline mode, production runs, payroll, tax compliance, file archive, and more. Same price tier philosophy, more headroom.
What is the difference between External and OS?
External is for businesses that already have a website and want to add Octopus V's intelligence and tracking on top. OS is for businesses that want Octopus V to build, host, and manage their website end to end.
Why is there a Free plan?
Because we believe small businesses should be able to start without cost. Free is a real plan with real features. Not a 14-day trial. Stay on Free as long as you want.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Both. No questions asked. Pricing changes take effect immediately.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your account drops to the Free tier automatically. All your data stays. You just lose access to paid features until you renew.
Do you charge per business?
Yes. Pricing is per business. If you have three paid businesses on OS, you pay ₦30,000 × 3 monthly. Most paid plans include one free business slot at no extra cost.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet. Monthly only. We are evaluating annual pricing for a future release.
Do you offer discounts for hubs or accelerator programs?
Yes. Contact us if you run a program with multiple businesses to onboard.
Is my data secure?
We use bank-grade encryption. Payments processed through trusted Nigerian payment providers. Data stored on secured AWS infrastructure. NDPA compliant.
